• I UNDERSTAND A 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE WITH PAYMENT FOR THE 30 DAYS IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE MY CHILD FROM THE PROGRAM. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE • YOU WILL RECEIVE A MONTHLY TUITION INVOICE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH BY EMAIL. • TUITION MUST BE PAID BY THE 3RD OF EACH MONTH • THERE WILL BE A $5 LATE FEE FOR EVERY DAY PAYMENT IS LATE • FAILURE TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH WILL RESULT IN A $50 LATE FEE • FAILURE TO PAY YOUR TUITION BY THE 20TH WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF STUDENTS ENROLLMENT AND A BACK PAYMENTOF THE MONTH PLUS REMAINING LATE FEES Students starting after the 1st of the month will not be prorated for that month. A service fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all returned checks. After 2 returned checks subsequent payments must be made by cash, cashier’s check, or certified funds.
